    Black screen after liberating outposts

    Hi there,

    This happens mainly in co-op sessions. everytime we liberating a outpost we get a black screen after the victory cut scene, both of us, we do hear npc`s speaking but the screen remains black only way for the host is force quit through task manager. The one who joining the session is turning back to main menu without a black screen.

    Are there more people with the same issue?

    Hey thanks for the reports! Can you both try these initial troubleshooting steps and let me know if the issue persists? Also, which Outposts does this happen with?

    EDIT: If you can also share your system DxDiag and MSinfo files through a support case, these can be passed along to the development team for investigation. Let me know the case number once it's submitted.

    Hi Thanks for answering back.

    The Troubleshooting is irrelevant to this issue. Besides the blackscreens the game runs smooth, no crashes, no errors related to grapics or other hardware devices.

    It happens after most outposts. but the issue started in Broken Forge at first. It seems only the host causes the issue. Tommorow we gonna test it on my save game, then i will be the host. In the mainwhile i will send the asked info to the support desk.

    Does this not happen with every Outpost?

    Do you happen to know which Outposts have caused this issue?

    Hey,

    No didnt happen with every outpost it was random. The first black screen happend in Outpost: Broken Forge so my best guess Broken Forge should caused the issue.

    But when i hosting the game we couldnt replicate the issue, everything was fine. Probably the reason why his computer causes the black screens is because his processor did not meet the game requirements and was pushing his computer to the limit also no one reports the same problem what we had.

    I think this topic can be marked as solved unless you found something related to this? Otherwise thanks for responding and your help so far you could

    windows 10 pro

    game settings ultra and high.... only multi player i get errors solo no problems only coop
