    static/refresh issue

After the cut scene and upgrading prosperity to level two I started having graphical issues. Constant flickering like a refresh issue and static similar to film grain but in RGB. The game was fine before this and I was running in mostly ultra settings. I have tried multiple changes to my settings including turning everything down to low and turning hdr on and off. Tried different resolutions on both my 4k monitor and my 55 inch 4k tv as well as different cables. I have also tested other games to rule out GPU failure. Both BFV and The Division both run perfect at max settings. Can't think of anything else to try. I have tried the troubleshooting steps, updated drivers and everything else I can think of short of reinstalling.

    Hey Alkerias,

Have you tried verifying the files in Uplay? I know that can solve some graphical hitches.

    Cheers.

I have s support ticket open for the same issue. Horrible digital noise. Interestingly Far Cry 5 does not have the same issue which is strange as I thought they were running on the same engine.

I've had an issue with the game since the start where textures seem to be 'grainy', had a similar problem in R6S which was fixed by turning off post processing, but New Dawn doesn't even have that option. Makes things real hard to see at a distance. Also when i got into the heli at the end my first expedition the entire screen went grainy but went away after it loaded back in. Also the game likes to drop frames when near an outpost, and occasionally out and about, for no reason at all.

Hey there R1vendark, can you try disabling HDR in-game and let me know if the situation improves?

    Hey folks,

Can you all if you have not already, create a support ticket on our website and include a screenshot of your in-game settings?
