    My save disappeared after 10 hours play, anyway to solve this?

    When I m playing ,it suddenly shows error code like “ grante-2000 ”,can't exactly remember the exact error code. Because I thought it's just another disconnection. But when I restart, there are no "continue" in main menu, only new game. WTF??? I even tried re-install the whole game, still no luck. Anyway to get back my save without replay the whole 10 hours? specially I love to discover every corner of the map. Don't want to do this again...

    Hey chairman_xi,

    How much free space do you have on your system?

    If you only have a small amount, this could be causing problems.

    If you have cloud saves enabled and you have not started a new game which could overwrite your save, it should be able to download from the cloud.

    I have more than 50 GB in each drive. I don't think it's space problem cause my other ubisoft game like Odyssey is normal, same as FC5.
    Cloud save is enabled by default right? Can you tell me how to download save from the cloud? thanks

    Now i don't even have backup because when i added it in that folder and start game it was still a new game only. And when i ended it those saves was replaced by new one... I probably lost my weekend time.. 9 hours of playing. Back to pirate i think...

    Hey guys, just a headsup following the steps in this link will generate a new save file rather than restore anything from before.

    What you can try is moving the local save file out of your save folder in the steps from the link, then logging out and back in to Uplay PC before launching the game, without disabling cloud saves. It should prompt you that your local and cloud save is different and ask which save to use. Let me know if you get stuck with anything.

    I just got replaced my save and don't have backup. Is there some different way to get that back? From cloud or idk like really guys? How Ubisoft can have this bad save system. I just get Fortnite update and have only space for that and maybe some 200M and start playing then get error "Gerotade" or something. It's my fault but this is crazy, so i must start new game? Atleast i can try men now..

    now it restart every time I close the game. I can't save whatsoever.... rip
