    Champion status disappearing

    I paid for champion status for 3 days yesterday, then I left the game and ran an errand and came back and it said I have 22 hours left so I used my last 2000 steel and paid for another 3 day champion status and played for a few hours and went to bed. I just got back on and I no longer have champion status. I would like either a refund of my four thousand steel or six days of champion status. I worked hard for that steel. Please fix this.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having troubles with Champion Status. I'd like to help. I wanted to point out what I see on our side: I see that on February 12 you purchased Shaolin and then on February 14 you purchased three days of Champion Status. Please note that this Champion Status is not based on time played but on the passing of real time. 72 hours after the purchase the Champion Status wears off.

    Hahaha I can’t believe it took me so long to see this. No wonder this game is going nowhere and just copying Fortnite by getting a battle pass. Shaolin had nothing to do with what I was complaining about and the fact that in your mind you think that 8 hours is somehow magically three days. Maybe you should read what I wrote one more time and think real hard about what you said. I have no care for any devs smart alek remarks. I know the champion status runs in real time and not game time. Sorry you guys are too cheap to do anything and too lazy to fix any problems you created. I’m glad I got this crap game for free. Work on your fame and your business skills buddy.

    Please watch your tone when posting here on the forums.

    My colleague Gabrinth had noticed a transaction made for Champion Status on the account in question on February 14th (for three days) - the original post in this thread was made on the 17th, so I imagine the logic behind their reply was that the Champion Status had expired correctly around the time of the post. I cannot see any support cases raised for this issue, so if further investigation is still required, I'd like to ask that you open one.

    That said, I must remind you that creating multiple Ubisoft Accounts is against our terms of use, so if you are now operating multiple, you may wish to review your need for each account and contact us to assist you further with arranging your affairs if needed.
