Friends getting code for wrong platform

Hello. I pre-ordered The Division 2 with the goal to invite friends to the recent private beta on PC. When I sent my friend a code he received a PS4 code instead of a PC one. I then tried to post on The Division 2 forum which I was unable to do for unknown reasons. After this I decided to contact customer support, assuming that they would give me (the customer) some sort of support. Instead every agent that I talked to told me that there was nothing I could do and that I should post to/watch the...wait for it...forum. Completely ignoring the fact that I was unable to post and that I had gone to troubleshooting lengths multiple times.

I am looking for some sort of compensation or reimbursement because I did not receive what I was promised after dropping $100 for game that I was and tentatively am excited for. Also, after going through this experience, I believe that your customer support needs to be overhauled. It seems that all they are currently able to do is turn off 2 step authentication, which one of your agents did to my account when I reached about this issue because they didn't even read the ticket. What is being done for people who were affected similarly?

Did you buy the game to get free codes?

    or

Did you buy the game for the game to play the game?

Did you get free beta codes? if yes no matter what platform they were for you still got free codes (and free codes is what was offered)

I doubt you'll get compensation for a free code.

I-pre ordered the game to get my friends into the beta so we could see if we wanted to play it. It was a selling point that they were using to get more pre-orders.

The pre-order got you into the private beta. Inviting a friend was a courtesy they extended to you.

The good news is you can both play the open beta free of charge.
