Conquerors bash still hasn't been nerfed. It's been quite a few seasons since his rework and his bash is still very difficult to deal with.

If 500ms bashes from neutral that confirm damage was something they didn't want to be in the game, Prior wouldn't have exactly that as a part of his kit. They won't move away from it, quite the opposite, in fact.

It won't be nerfed.

Shield Bashes have been a major topic of discussion on here since BP released, and I'll be keeping the team informed of this. I don't have any information to provide on possible upcoming changes to Conq right now.
