Same here, with a few exceptions.

To those who might instantly start with multiple characters, do you ever get the urge to replay the game from the start? With fresh character as unequipped as when you first started? Or a new friend getting the game?

Depends on what you mean by instantly. If you hand somebody something for nothing, that’s about all it’s worth. I will always work up my characters rather than accept an instant level 30.

Now if your asking me about restarting the game after working up all three of my characters I would need more of an incentive to do so. If you would offer vanity uniforms for completing the entire game again I would do it in a heartbeat.

Give me a carrot is all I ask.

Yes ... I have ... and in order to not 'cheat' by using the Storage I usually buy a second/third copy of the game ... (I have 3 copies of The Division - 2x ps4 & 1x pc) in order to do so ... I already have 2x copies of The Division 2 (1x ps4 & 1x pc) ... I love starting again from scratch with the knowledge but not the gear to pass down ... but I'm just weird :-P

I always tell myself I will just have the one character, and will not create a new one until I hit level cap with this one character ... but I usually have all my character slots filled out by the end of the second day ... I ... I just can't help myself :-(

This is my game plan too. Somedays I just want to be alone. But I enjoy playing with others too.

    Your thoughts?
I leveled up 5 characters and started a 6th not so long ago. You don't need to do this. If the stash will work the same as Division 1, just level your first character and collect as many junk Tier-5 stuff as you think you might need. Then, whenever you want to start over the campaign, go to your stash and sell the Tier-5 junk using your new character. You'll be rolling in the dough and could buy anything you need for cheap...

I had two charactors on D1, one was my main charactor and the other was a mule that was used mainly to store extra gear when my stash was full. As I started getting rid of gear I would use that other charactor (think DZ level 3) with my top gear and go into the DZ and would get jumped becuase people would think easy target, sadly they were wrong and it would be funny hearing them on prox crying that a level 3 killed a 99, but I mainly just ran the main charactor.

I am not sure in D2 what I will do, more than lkely one, I am not someone who enjoys the story mode a lot so I dont want to reply missions too often.

Absolutely. You always find new stuff, new ways to approach missions, and little details you will surely miss from the first go.

In Division 1, the best part of the game was the campaign, IMHO. Anything after that felt almost story-less and too repetitive.

With limited gaming time, 'No' on fresh start as there are always new games to play. I have only replayed 1 game from the beginning and that was The Last of Us and I did that for story. Felt I missed part of the story due to the scared factor.😀

Though I may do it again for Read Dead Redemption 2. It would be just play through the story and forget all the side stuff. I've missed a lot of character interactions due to doing all the side stuff.

I will likely run two characters with different weapon sets for D2.
