I am so happy you guys are finally showing the raider some love. As a vanguard, he is overshadowed by the pure superiority of the kensei and warden. I have just a few suggestions on a raider buff, as I have played the character thoroughly, and noticed his weaknesses.
1. Hyper Armor - Of course he needs it, as someone can just attack and shut down all of your mix ups. I don't think he should have them on lights, like the shugoki, but on his heavies and zones.
2. Increase the speed of his lights - They are clearly too slow.
3. Give him a light-to-heavy combo

Honestly, I don't think he needs much. I know you guys have likely already considered all of these, and hopefully even more. Just thought I'd throw my opinion in the box

i agree he should get hyper amour but not to the point where he is overpowered because i main raider rep 70 pc an 10 xbox but he needs hyper amour because when he throws a zone he shouldn't be able to get one light thrown at him and it stops
