I'm using the translator, but let's try.

I'm going through a lot of problems the game, I've been playing since it was released and today I'm in lvl 19. Since then I've never gotten to the legendary, I can not get there at all.

I suffer from several glitches in the game, it seems that several players use cheats. Also I'm on lvl 35 of pvp and i can not get past lvl 36. It's full of lvl 50 players here. Almost 90% of the players I play against are lvl 50, it is rare to find lvl players lower.

I've reported several players on suspicion and inactivity the famous AFK but then, does that solve?

My game experience is crap, I've been trying to reach the legendary months and I can not get past lvl 36. I want to know if there is a solution to this, otherwise it will be better to take a vacation from the game.

If you are at rank 35, you should not be being paired with anyone from rank 50 as that isn't how matchmaking is supposed to work. Do you have any screenshots I can take a look that show this difference? I can send them on to our team.

Thank you for getting back.

My mistake, I thought you were referring to a legendary card. I know it can be challenging to reach rank 50 in the game, trust me the competition is very competitive. Regardless, if you keep joining PvP matches and winning, you should get there soon. It is very challenging to rank up from 35-50, this has to be the most challenging section of ranks. Just hang in there and I'm sure you will be able to rank up with a few good matches.

In 90% of the time I am facing LVL 50 players being that I am in LVL 35 and I can not rise, only gain of AFK players.

Yesterday I played against my girlfriend, she's in the same group I am. I also did not understand how this happened and if it is allowed.

The truth is that I've been faced with this problem for months. How can a doll in LVL 19 never reach the legendary?



The problem is also having lots of strong people falling for low LVL, this is a tactic that the staff does. That ruins the experience of the game.

I think I'm going to record a video showing that I face LVL 50 players all the time and order here.

Okay, here's the video and just because I recorded it was not all lvl 50, but battling lvl 50 is much more common.

I use a Galaxy Note 9 and the device has no problem with performance. But I have a problem with this game a long time, maybe it's better to take a vacation.

There is no possibility of winning such a match, only when the other player desists. So I already feel that I've stayed too long in this game.

It looks like the anti-deranking system is flagging you to play against higher ranked players as your New Kid's level is so high. What is the energy cost of your deck? If I use a deck higher than 3.0, I find I never have much luck, so I mixed it up to lower my costs and I do much better now. Also, have you tried playing around with the themes you're using in your deck as well?

Hello, it's from 3.4 to 3.8 that's it. I have to put the tank to try to hold.

The problem is also in the cards lvl, while playing cards lvl 3 to 4 they play with lvl 4, 5 and 6.
I have few letters lvl 5 and I can not match the themes. I also do not know why my game was like this.

What I know is that I can not make money to buy other cards. I can not open all event packs during the day. Sometimes I only open 1 or 2 individual packages.
To play with my group I am obliged to open 50% of the packages, we all have to do this. I have to play for many hours to reach the minimum.

I can not spend more on green money, it costs a lot. If it were cheaper I would have spent about 150 dollars in this game, but the way he is only spending 3,000 to get good.

I'll wait a few more days, but I've been suffering for months, if I do not resolve, I'll have to leave my group.

I didn't watch the whole video, but from the opponents I did look at, they all look like ones I could beat or be evenly matched with and I'm level 18. I looked at what you're playing, and I noticed your deck has a shortage of assassins, and too many ranged units. I see there are 6 fighters, 4 ranged, 1 tank, and 1 assassin. By comparison, I use 5 fighters, 3 ranged, 1 tank, and 3 assassins. I would look at maybe changing things up with your deck, you might find better results in your matches. I know that doesn't solve the issue of facing so many rank 50 opponents, but at least you might improve your win rate.

Hi, I've been having this problem for weeks, the video is just an example of what's happening. I've used all the possible combinations during all those days.

There is nothing I can do to win a match if the person does not give up.

Support asked me to try with 3.0 power deck, this I did too and did not change anything.

I can not open the packages, I can not make money in the game, I do not win items or cards. I'm stuck on lvl 35 with no stars.

It's been at least 3 months that I'm playing this way without winning. It is very complicated and discouraging to play like this.

Yesterday I went back to using the pope and the old problem that I have with him still exists. Not always he revives some character and ends up appearing alone in the arena.
It also helps me lose by not reliving characters.
