    Well it can't work.
    - They don't ignore us completely, they just try to keep us quiet by saying that "our team is investigating", "we are working on it", etc. They just don't give a damn. I have been told by support that devs are informed about the problem, but that is it.
    - The product does not work for small amount of people.
    - That is 100% true
    - They are not forcing you to buy anything from the game, it is completely your thing whether you will spend money on microtransactions or not.
    - That is true but they can easily change the minimum system requirements if they fail to fix the problem.

And yes it is possible to fix the problem, they just don't care for small portion of players that have this problem to spend their time on us. They focus on problems that are about microtransactions like problems with skins, etc. Again, they will come back, tell us something like "Sorry but we are not able to give you any ETA on the fix yet, etc. etc." And yet they are incapable to update us on the fix or anything, tell us for example that problem has been found or something like that, anything. But no, they are silent because they have barely even touched it.

Oh no, they are exactly pushing for this, because I have to get game content, but now, in fact, I can’t get it, and I HAVE TO buy it if I want to get it. Although I had to get it during the game.
So, this is essentially extortion / fraud.
A small percentage of players - well, a small one - I saw a lot of comments and appeals - and if the game does not work, it is automatically the developer’s fault. And, as I have already said, even if a part of the program, however small, the users, does not have a software product, it means that programmers are c..p.
And the players, including me, are very angry that in fact we were sent to f..k .., although we paid money for the game and have every right to demand from the developers its efficiency. And the thought of filing a petition is getting closer to me more often.

Still, they should put up a disclaimer that the game currently does not work for Core 2, Xeon, AMD X2 processors so that people with said processors would avoid buying it for now. But no, they are continuing to do absolutely nothing and earn money from people buying the game and yet can't play it. Because, if they say game is currently unplayable for said processors then they lose money. And that day they said that it is "priority" is either them trying to keep mad people quiet for a bit buy it was either them just saying that while not even looking at it or it was just at that period when we were informed it was priority and then later they were like "I can't be bothered with this now, I don't give a s*it"
I mean FOR ****S SAKE! It has been 4 F*CUKING weeks and they are so f*cking lazy that they can't fix this and be done with it. I think this is by far the most prolonged fix I have seen in a video gaming world.
Either all of that, or they are most incompetent developers in the world.
And you can only DREAM about compensation, that simply does not profit for them so they will not give a single silver for this, even though it is their fault, they simply don't care.
But at this point I just want the game to work, what are all those contents for if I can't even run the game. But I do agree that they should compensate us, it is their fault we couldn't get anything for this amount of time and anything that will come until it is fixed (which most likely will not happen until 1st-10th of March). They are turning into money hungry, lazy EA devs. Maybe they already did... But only time will come. But one thing is certain, they don't give a single flying f*ck about us...

    Hello everyone!

As I have previously stated, the For Honor team are actively working to resolve this issue for affected players. They sincerely appreciate any files you have submitted so far, and are still investigating the cause of this issue with submitted files. These files help the team actively look into possible sources of the issue. Any updates regarding the investigation will be posted on this forum post. We recommend checking back on that thread for any further news.

I completely understand you would love to enjoy the content you purchased and have played previously. It is an unfortunate situation, but I assure you it will be addressed soon.

"Still investigating" a month later? You've got to be kidding, or it rather means "we don't give a damn about your problems". I've already requested a complete refund of my money spent on this game, as Ubisoft is selling non-functional product without warning potential customers that their hardware is not supported. If not refunded I'm going to contact Customer protection board in my country.

Yeap, it most certainly means "We don't give a damn about your problems", and at this point I think the refund tactic is the only way, but I doubt they will refund anything, so the only way to "open their eyes" is to contact customer protection board. And because they are money hungry they will focus on the fix or refund it. So it is a win-win situation for us.
Because, one this is for sure, they are not even touching this, they send people that are forum mods to tell us some ******** from time to time, meanwhile they are just relaxing while not giving a damn about us since there is NO WAY ON THIS DAMN EARTH that they have not found the source of the problem for "ENTIRE MONTH OF HARD WORK", this was more of "Entire month of not giving a damn". I can bet that EA would even fix the problem by now, I have never seen that some fix needs an entire f*cking month to arrive...

This is by no means a new problem for Ubisoft. There was a similar issue after the launch of Marching Fire. The issue was 'black screen on startup in low end PC' or something like this.
They fixed it through a quick 300mb patch.
So, the way I see it is that Ubisoft is well aware of the problem and knows how to fix it. They simply are doing nothing except 'investigating'.
I am feeling bad for the support staffs because they are facing the angry mob for a crime they did not commit. lol.

I supplemented my review on Steam about the disgusting attitude of Ubisoft to the community and to the affected players in particular. I hope this will save many from buying something from Ubisoft. Personally, I'm no longer going to buy from you even the most simple, stupid game, even if you offer it to me for free. I do not see such a shi.ful attitude, such a ****.y attitude from developers to the problems that they themselves have created, anywhere, and I have seen quite a lot of games. Oh my God, even the EA on your background looks just a damn Flash!
You, the developers, in your greed, as you have forgotten - it is WE, the players provide you with money. This is WE pay you for these games. Without us you will simply go around the world in search of a better life. And you just spit in our faces. Yes, I see you do not care about your reputation at all.
Therefore, I am going to spread information about your fraud wherever I can.

Of course they don't care about their reputation or players. They only care about what will bring them money, and this won't bring them any money. Sadly the devs most likely won't even read what we are saying here so we can shout as much as we won't they just don't give a damn. There are only forum mods that are here to do what they are paid for, and ofc they also don't give a damn (as proven by recent response that is literally copy-pasted previous reply) but why would they, they didnt create this mess, it was the devs and they are sitting in the back, not giving a damn that their product does not work on lots of platforms even though their info clearly states that those platforms support their product. If they were applying for the job as programmers now they would not get it in the first place. This is super disappointing from Ubisoft, they just drag more and more of angry players that can not play the game on their PCs because of Ubi's mistake, and yet devs don't give a damn because only interest they have is money, they can defend themselves as much as they want, say how they are working on this and bulls*it like that, but their actions clearly show what this is all about.
Shame on you Ubi, shame on you.
