    I now wonder - who will reimburse me and other players who can’t play ALL of f...g February all the awards, all the experience, equipment, effects, etc. that we could get (and we would get them) for all this time?!?!?!
    We paid you money for the game and its content - and if you make it impossible for us to receive it, and then you can only get it for real money, and even then not always - then this can already be regarded as fraud and extortion, actually.

    I sincerely apologize for the delay in resolution. The FH team are working to resolve this ASAP for players having this issue. We will post an update on this post once we have more news regarding the investigation of this issue. Thank you so much for your help so far!

    Watch em give us one crate and a battle outfit discount coupon as compensation.
    Maybe i'm not sure but maybe they'll be kind enough (Very unlikely) to gift to us half a steel
    i know i know that's A LOT me knowing ubisoft they wont give us anything.

    it would be cool if they updated us and let us know what the root of the problem was day by day and gave us status updates on the patch
    instead of "The For Honor team is working on it" Day by day

    Is there a way for you Ubi to give us like some kind of updates on the fix, not just being like "our team is investigating" or "we are working on it", something like that you have found a problem and now trying to fix it or something.... I mean it has been almost a month and you guys have no fixed it yet. It would be nice from you to update us on the thing, plus it would give us some hope, like this it is just people being super mad and frustrated (including myself) because we are not able to play the game for entire February.

    I agree. A simple thing such as that would at least calm down everyone, and control us from constantly having to come here and bash on the devs. People come here for answers and when we don't see them it causes outrage (i myself I'm outraged but the further i stray from for honor the more i realize it's terrible flaws and honestly this is the longest I've been away from playing it)

    In all honesty I'm starting to think that EA would do a better job at solving such issue with their games.
    February ends soon sadly i think we'll eventually be forced to get new computers.

    I am personally starting to think, to petition the consumer protection society.
    Because:
    - Ubisoft completely ignores all requests from the community regarding this problem - "we will inform you." Although you could easily enlighten us.
    - They sell a game (software product) that does not work, which means fraud.
    - They do not provide me with the product / content for which I paid the money.
    - In this situation, they, in fact, force me to pay money for the content, which I MUST get in the game. (extortion)
    - Collusion with computer hardware manufacturers is possible to force us to upgrade the hardware. (is also extortion)

    In general, in a month, if the developers are not completely stupid, it was possible not only to solve this problem, but also to develop a decent content! So, I think, there is a deliberate delay in solving the problem.
