I recently bought a Vega 56 card and have the same graphical issues.

Can confirm this is also a problem for Vega 56 with driver 19.2.2

its not adrenalin driver ubisoft ****ed it up for vega architecture its not the amd driver!

Apparently someone with a gtx 1070ti SLI also has the problem but yes either way ubisoft messed it up
