I can't travel at map.dispaly mission blocked. even log out/in, finish other mission, join other player, reinstall, reboot

Hey Puiieong, what do you mean by "I can't travel at map"?
Please give us more and exact details. Are you trying to fast travel? Are you trying to move around in the map screen? What are you expecting to happen, and what exactly are you doing to make that happen, and what exactly is or isn't happening when you try to do it?

Can't fast travel to any place on the map.
Every wrap point on the map is not clickable. When I move my mouse cursor on the wrap point, I get a text say "blocked by mission".
This happened after I joined a online mission that other player hosted. After then, I can't fast travel anymore.
Here is what I tried:
Start another mission, Finish other mission, Join other player, re log-in, reboot, uninstall and reinstall the game
Still "blocked by mission".

Looks like something glitched there when you did that online mission. Can you meet up with them again and sync that mission somehow? If it's already finished, then maybe even have them restart the mission and you both complete it together, then you exit.
How about if you start another character in another save slot, test out the map and fast travel, and if it is ok, then return to the first save slot and see if that cleared out the problem.
The next suggestion won't be a happy one: if you're not too far in with the first character, delete it and start over.
I think I read some other thread a while back where someone had something similar happen to them. I can't find that thread, though. I'll leave it to you to search and maybe get lucky finding it, although, I don't know if they found a solution.
Other than that, maybe a Ubi staff member has some ideas that can help if they've seen this issue before.

I recommend the same troubleshooting steps that you recommended, Mongol_Horde. I wouldn't recommend deleting a character until there's no other choice, though.
I'd recommend closing the game, closing Uplay, and restarting your PC.
