Why does For Honor still kick for low FPS eaven after the switch to dedicated server?

Back in the day before season 5 when the dedicated servers dropped I was explained by members of the community that my FPS actually matters thowards the connection
and it was causing lag not only for me but for the whole server. This was due the Peer-to-peer connection For Honor's multiplayer used at launch all the way to the end of season 5 but now with the new dedicated system I really don't see(know) why my fps should still be an issue, since it affects only my gameplay and my perspective of the game.Yes the game jumps over some indicators when you get in areas with A BIT mor particles than usual but the fact should remain true that this should ONLY AFFECT ME and not the other people on the server. I've played multiple games where my fps drops below 30fps but the would not kick me like BF1 and BF5 but yet duo to my understanding of the reason for my losses and my failiure in game, I do not complain about bugs or other stuff beacuse they are most likely due my low framerate and Ubisoft and all other developers have INTEDED THEIR GAMES TO BE PLAYED AND WORK CORECTLY AT 60FPS.

So I would like someone to explain to me why is my FPS still an issue for the game and why the rule shoud NOT be removed from the game?

PS: I shall read evry comments and keep reposting this question till I get the answer I am looking for.

    You sure?
No matter what game you are playing you would experience significantly lower FPS if you had a slower internet connection. Slower internet connection causes higher ping, which in turn can make everything lag.

Look the problem is not im my ping it's in my system(My Hardware). I run a laptop with an Intel I7 duo-core at 2.40GHz and an Intel HD 4400 my set up can keep the game at 35-50 fps 75% ot the time but those lag spots and some of the maps like Forge, Market place just destroy my fps down to 20-30 with their 2 million particles per inch and I get kicked from the game for low fps

I was directly replying to the other guy.
your best bet on a laptop/pc is contact support or update your hardware if that's your main issue.

Can't help you with the question of why it still kicks based on FPS. But have you tried turning off V-sync and reducing the Render Scaling to boost your FPS?

Hey there! Sorry you're seeing this issue, but this is in place for the reasons outlined here:
For Honor requires a consistent framerate above 30 frames per second. If you receive this error message, you were removed from the match due to high input latency.

The easiest way to fix this is to reduce your graphics settings to ensure a consistent framerate above 30 frames per second. You can view your current framerate with the help of the Uplay Overlay (Shift+F2).
Looking at the options menu, I don't see something that effects particle effects specifically. Vakris_One is correct in saying that Render Scaling may be your friend, and it seems like you should largely be sticking to Low settings.

Unfortunatly I have brought the game to it's bare minimum with the graphical options. I could play if I had a Nivida carb beacuse Nivida Experiance driver reduce the textures of a game to pure colored meshes and remove almost any particle. But if only I had a Nividia card.

If you play on the lowest settings and still have issues with FPS your Laptop/pc might need an upgrade or better get new hardware all together
