The next event has launched and I have not been able to collect my rewards from Divine Heroes.

The game is working again but can I get he rewards? I couldn’t claim any of them although I finished all the missions(got over 50 points).

Ok, I have heard back from the team! We will be providing compensation for this issue, but we don't know what that will be yet. Hopefully we'll have more details in time for tomorrow's Dev Update.

We released a compensation pack on February 18th. It ran for a week.
