So, a few months back I posted the issues I had on start-up with GRW which I haven't been able to resolve since then although I tried several times uninstalling/reinstallling the game and followed every steps given by Support as well as send multiple MSinfo and DxDiag files.
The problem, according to Support, was coming from a conflict between EAC and some of my other installed app, although the game played without a glitch for months before and just decided one day to stop working.
Recently, I started up The Division 2 Private Beta and to my horror, the first thing that appeared on screen was that much abhorred EAC logo.
And then, nothing to report... Everything went well, TD2 worked as fine as a Beta could be expected.
So, could you not Devs find any way to replicate that EAC working relationship with GRW as you managed with TD2 ?
That would be great![]()
Hey NeoYorker!
Have you also spoken to Easy Anti Cheat regarding this?
They may be able to assist further.
Given that EAC is known malware, and it causes massive issues with overlays and CPU utilisation, there is no point in reaching out to them.
OP is in the correct place. This is an Ubisoft error of judgement.
I did... they only pointed me to the process they have in place (cold boot and such), which I followed, to no avail.Originally Posted by Ubi-Ginge Go to original post

Hi NeoYorker! If you are still getting an error message, please submit your MSINFO/dxdiag files for further investigation.
