Steel Refund of Heroes when buying Year Pass?

Hi, i was wondering if you get a Steel refund if you bought a Hero of a Year pass for the 15k Steel and buy the Year Pass which includes the Hero afterwards. I tried to search the Forum and could only find 1 entry about the Marching Fire Pass, apparently it doesnt but it wanted to ask to make for sure and if anything changed. Thank you and have a nice Day.

    Hey GenWargrey,

Unfortunately the answer is no. You will not receive any Steel back for already owning a character included in the pass.

    Regards,

    Jim.

thank you, thats bad. So i gues theres also no chance getting the steel back by contacting customer support / opening a ticket?

It's highly doubtful, but feel free to get in touch if you'd like to!

There's zero chance of that happening. This company's customer support is abysmal, don't waste your time.

This means there is zero incentive to buy a season pass if you change your mind later on. It's a stupid business decision that I have addressed on here earlier. You don't want your customers money?

Ah just made a ticket asking this then realized there is a forum. Was on the fence whether to buy this or mortal kombat 11...guess that's 30 bucks I saved to spend on Mortal Kombat 11 instead! hehe Kind of bad business model but personally is fine. I don't mind spending money elsewhere.
