I posted yesterday morning about the friend referral program not working and asked for help. I explained that I talked to the team support and he said he couldnt figure out why it told me I didnt have access to the referral page when I redeemed my beta code and was playing the beta. He ended up just telling me to wait for a patch and gave me a link to some browser options to try to fix it. I tried the browser options and nothing worked. I then waited for a patch and nothing got fixed. I posted yesterday and got a response from someone on the tech team and asked did I try some browser options and am I sure I'm logged in on my name..... really? I already stated I tried the browser options and how could I even post through my name if I'm not logged in on my name? I replied saying yes I tried the browser options and that I'm definitely logged in on my name politely. I didnt get a response and now I go to try and find my thread and it's been deleted. It says only bio that I've made 2 posts and just joined but when I go to the latest posts or threads it says I dont have any. I also went through the pages of threads and cant find it. So what gives? This game and support has been a joke. I pre ordered so I could play and persuade my friends to play and buy it but now it's about to be over and never got to play with friends. I have been trying since the day the beta released to get this fixed and feel I have been just blown off. Thanks a lot Ubi
