I really enjoyed getting messages for getting platinum medals in HD and Evo,
it would be great to see those return for Rising. They provide more of a reason to
go for those medals, and are a nice, small reward for success.

I strongly agree! I remember a message on Trials Evolution saying 'Raise the roof!'
This should definitely be in Trials Rising so I'm going to add this to my suggestions list and I'll give you credit!
