Various Reload Issues with SMGs, Shotguns, Pistols, and Integrated Mag MMRs

Since the addition of 1 in the chamber reloads in Division 2, there are some guns that are incorrectly applying this behavior, mainly those that fire from an open bolt. There are also some additional incorrect behaviors with regards to some other reload issues. I've already tweeted @Thylander but I figured I'd post here as well for more exposure.

    SMG-9
Technically Open Bolt (should not +1 on non-empty reload) Bolt incorrectly shows as closed. (While true the semi-auto TEC-9 fires from a closed bolt, any sort of full auto conversion would likely be firing from an open bolt. There are plenty of videos bearing this out.)

    T821
Open Bolt (should not +1 on non-empty reload) Bolt incorrectly shows as closed

    Thompson
Open Bolt (should not +1 on non-empty reload) Correctly shows bolt as open, bullet is visible in magazine

    ACS
Open Bolt (should not +1 on non-empty reload) Correctly shows bolt as open, shell is visible in magazine

    Double Barrel
Reload after 1 round fired shows both shells ejected, but only 1 shell replaced (total rounds never exceeds 2, so no +1 issue)

    M870
On empty reload, leaves action open/slide to rear, reloads 5 into tube, slides slide/action forward. This will not result in a chambered round as a full rearward/forward pump of the slide is needed to take a shell from the tube onto the elevator, then into the chamber.
There are two options to reload when empty:
1: Leave slide rearward/action open, chamber empty 1st round thru ejection port, rack slide forward, then load 5 thru bottom into tube.
2: Leave slide forward/action closed. Reload 1 into magazine tube, cycle pump, then load 5 into tube.
Partial reloads should load straight into tube up to 5 partially reloaded rounds total for a total of 6 (1 in chamber, then 5 in tube [or 1+4 to keep balance at 5 total]).

    SPAS-12
Same exactly as M870, except 1 in chamber, then 8 in tube instead of 1+5 (or again for keeping balance, 1+7 for the SPAS).

    Super 90
    No +1 issue
First reloaded shell goes into chamber thru ejection port even if a round is in chamber and the ejection port is closed (this is really wrong, first in chamber on empty reload is fine though).

    586 / 686
Cylinder (should not +1 on non-empty reload)

    Diceros
Cylinder (should not +1 on non-empty reload)

    Model 700 (internal magazine)
    No +1 issue
Partial reload ejects a live round, should reload amount missing plus an additional round to replace ejected live round.
e.g. Fire two shots, activate reload, live round ejected, reload three rounds.

    Classic M44 (internal magazine)
    No +1 issue
Partial reload same as Model 700.
Partial reload with 1 shot remaining should use stripper clip since functionally empty after ejecting single remaining round from chamber.
Empty reload uses stripper clip thru scope/rail. Animation doesnt really bring stripper clip high enough to insert into mag well (presumably to prevent geometry clipping).

Adding the Winchester 1886 to this list as it should function similar to the shotungs.

    Winchester 1886
6 round tube is an odd number for the weapon. From what I have read it should be 9
The animation for reloading is weird. It looks like rounds are being loaded into the bottom instead of the right side.
When starting a reload from empty, a sound plays and hammer is pushed back at the start of the animation but the bolt remains closed. All rounds are then loaded into the tube, then the bolt is cycled again to load a round into the chamber.
With a round in the chamber, rounds are loaded into the tube but the weapon does not have the +1 as it should.
As with the m870 there are two options to reload when empty:
    1. Rounds are either all loaded into the tube then a round is chambered from the tube for 6 (9) rounds
    2. While the bolt is open, a round is loaded into the chamber through the gate. Then bolt is then closed and the rest of the rounds are loaded into the tube for 6+1 (9+1).
