My boyfriend and I are trying to recover his password of his Ubisoft account, because he forgot. We are trying for two days to get the recovery mail with the link, but the email won't come in. The email adress is correct and it's not in the spam folder. We tried on different devices but nothing seems to work. Found another thread about this problem, where they told to use the Facebook/Twitter of Ubisoft support. But when I try to contact them, I get the French Ubisoft support website (we're from Belgium), but we need it in Dutch so.. Can't change the language. Anyone here from Ubisoft who can help us out? Thanks!
