The main problem is that I have constant closures in non-specific areas, they can occur in the main menu or directly in the game, without a time pattern
I send blocking report every time it happens

My PC:

Core i5 7400 3 GHz
12 GB DDR4 HyperX 2133
GTX 1060 6GB

A lot of people seem to be in the same boat, pc version seems to be in a bit of a rough place right now.
