It will not let me pick up the last 2 of the 4 explosives needed to progress to the rest of the mission. The boxes are already open and I'm unable to pick them up.

I had this too. I walked back to the orange objective place on the mini map and then it worked for me. Now I have to collect the fourth explosive and it won't count. I made a thread about it some minutes ago!
