Menu Issue:
1. Enable "High Contrast UI" in settings - accessibility. The high contrast appears to work in that menu. However, you go to inventory, hints or any other menu the contrast is not there.
Suggestion:
Please enable this option to carry through all the menus otherwise it is just useless.
2. Character faces away then toward the camera and back continuously. Appears to be a glitch of some sort. Very distracting to the player.
Sound Issue:
Outside The Theater district there is two rows of barriers. I jumped over them and ran through some trash. Suddenly a sound loop appeared that sounded like a turret bouncing back and fourth looking for a target. The sound carried on throughout the first mission of The Theater. Only when I engaged a rope to climb when I got back to The Theater did the sound finally vanish.
Gameplay Environment:
Glow from copiers. I can understand having some other light effect to temporally blind or distract players. However give a player an option to walk up to the copier and close the lid (or turn it off) instead of having to shoot it and alerting all enemies near.

Suggestion. The weapons has the sound too familiar with each other, gun sound fx was much better in D1, the library fx was bigger in my opinion
Loading screen stops at 9% as said above
The game just turn the screen black and close the game, returning to Xbox Home
I can loot through the wall in some places, and pick collection items as well
The Sniper Specialization Tac50 is to much sensitive when aiming, compared with other snipers, (doesn't make sense since it's a .50 BMG, a lot heavier than an .338 or an 7.62 mag)
Please highlight the selected options in the settings interface, its hard to know when something its on 'yes' or 'no' , use a square around or something like.
Fixer drone has way too much cooldown , even with cd reduction, annoying since its the only thing that keep you alive when **** hits the fun
Sniper aiming with 12x , 15x scoope...terrible, basically no one liked, its horrible to pick a target
Airburst seeker mine its useless the way it is right now
Explosive seeker mine its awesome, way better than it was on D1

Audio: Gunshots cutting out, loss of all guns, explosions, music, everything. I just played the Jefferson Invaded mission completely with no audio. Only thing I could hear was my boy talking with me in chat. His audio cut out completely in the end of the mission. When gunshots stop, so does vibration feedback.
Constant Gun Shot Glitch: It will sound like a Para 249 rapidly shooting, the controller will constantly vibrate. No button action will remove it, only logging out.
Trapped in crates: This has happened in 2 side missions. On side mission was the one right next to The 1040 safe house.
Spawn Speedrunners: When teammates spawn in they sprint at hacker speed across the screen for about 3 secs until the game rendering catches up.
Agents running in the cover position stance.
Invincible NPCs: Unload an entire clip at enemy and no shield reduction or damage to health at all with shotgun at less then 5 meters.
Progress not carrying between teammates and their world events. I have ran the Dark Zone opening with 4 different people just so we can all have the DZ open on our worlds.
Only game-breaking one above is the audio just cutting out totally. It is bad enough to have some of the same audio issues we had in the first division in its beta and early release but at least it did not loose it completely. Only way I found to get it back is to Logout of Div 2 then Quit game from Dashboard. Then it will return for a while. Using Logout alone is not reliable.
Gameplay Issue XBOX One:
Equipped Sniper Turret as skill (LB). Targeted enemy and clicked LB. Nothing happened. Turret is in range but no trigger pulled. You can place the turret fine. See the yellow laser sight from it as well. Just doesn't fire a single shot. Its basically a useless skill at the moment. In some situations, the enemies spot the turret right away and go out of line of sight before you can even target. Not sure how practical this skill option will be. I was able to snipe faster without a scope.
Sounds drop out. Either gun fire suddenly goes silent or all of the sound does. On first log in it was really bad. The second log in not as bad and allowed me to enjoy most of the sounds of the game. Nice sounds on the rain by the way.
I am using the first XBOX One gen not an S or X.
BUGS on PS4. Npc's not coming out during check point battles. Key stock behind doors. This has happened at a few check points. Unable to open the door during to obtain the explosives. No gun sounds when coming out of sprint. So far only with automatic rifles. Problems deploying seeker mines. Press to deploy and nothing happens.
if this is on purpose then it shouldnt be imo but why is it when using a scope on a rifle does it force you to be zoomed into the scope? is it so you cant 3rd person aim a sniper? even on a weapon considered a DMR such as she scar with a 12x sniper scope attached is forced into the zoomed-in mode when aiming, is this a new mechanic or am i just getting a bug? seem pointless having a "zoom in" button if your only option is zoomed in lol

Where can I leave a group, Where to disable the help requests. Where to setup the gadgets. And so on and so on.
The hole structure is messed up with little help to find what a player is looking for.
This is the thing that currently is the most "to-be-looked-at" thing in the game, as this requires the player to search for a menue point, that should be available with to clicks.
Please give the whole structure a rethought
