I'm posting again because my account is still oermabanned with no reason. A lot of time ago i've wrote a post on for honor forum with my primary account "Lexor987", it was a post on how i disliked the new nobushi voice back on the marching fire open test. It was just a normal feedback, but after a while i've got permabanned for spam. After the ban i've tried to wrote a post on the community support, just like i'm doing now, to get my account unbanned because that was defenitely not spam. and the only answer i got was that there wasn't any post on my account since may.

Now i want to ask, can my primary account "Lexor987" be unbanned please? Or a normal feedback by user that is negative is considered spam? I don't want to sound angry, but is kinda frustrating to be permabanned for no reason.
