Tried everything to open the garage door, looking for key in loot, but nothing. Tried shooting door handle but nothing. Tried closing app and retrying but nothing. Running version beta 2.02

I have also encountered this, and took a similar screenshot.

I think the door is supposed to be open, and the switch is to open the roller gates on the other side

I had no problems with the garage door. But after that I had to collect the explosives, And there it was bugging in my game. I made a thread about it.
