How can you let people in the development of the game, if they make SUCH errors - a normal programmer will always plan and test their development after implementation. These are mandatory steps in software development! How did they plan this update? How did they test this update? Why there is not even a simple apology from the developers? An official apology?
Why do players have to wait when Ubisoft deigns to say something about this problem. Anything!
Support is inundated with appeals - including mine. But it was necessary to simply place the official announcement that the problem is known, it is being solved. The notorious apology would not hurt either - the game was broken, and now it is being repaired in a quiet way. (but it is not exactly)

Carry out actions, about which I wrote in my address! It is brilliant, I wrote that various actions on the game did not help me - and the support answers me to make them. It is simply indescribable.
And to the direct question, something is being done to solve this problem and why it has arisen - silence. Only the appeal is updated, which means - they entered it. Everything. Two simple questions to which I have been waiting for an answer for 8 days.
Given that the game never starts up - then I am very annoyed.
The maximum of what I saw, what they do - "Send us your system files" in some people on the forum. And their ticket numbers are in support. To reach the problem - people go to the form, although this should be engaged in support.

Developers - why did not they foresee and make such a mistake.
Managers - where is the official appeal to the gaming community? They could easily reduce the degree of stress just by apologizing and promising to compensate for lost game time.
Many of those who can not play, bought a Season Pass, which lies dead weight, and also spends time action "legends".
But such simple and logical actions for some reason do not come to their heads.
This is really frustrating to face some sort of error at the start of every season. When the Marching Fire launched many people faced the 'stuck in a black screen at startup' problem and had to wait for almost 2 weeks for the fix. I am seeing the similar picture here.
This is really disappointing. I hope Ubisoft knows what they are doing to their fans.

They admit the error, there's a stickied topic on top of that forum. However, support points out that official minimal requirement for the game is i3-550 CPU. Any older CPU isnt supported officially, though it might work and even be more powerful that i3-550. So, no apologies here and no rush from the developers expected. Sure, if it ends this way, I aint gonna buy anything from Ubi anymore.
You do realise most of these people with this problem played the game just fine before the last update. They messed up something in last update. It is not age of processor that matters but performance for gaming (in this case it might because of some components from older ones that make this problem).
