I know it's a beta but this is shameful, the game barely runs. Maybe I'm just unlucky and other people are playing with no issue but
start game (eardrums are exploded by intro screens, which seem to ignore ingame sound settings)
CTD for no reason with no error message after a few mins (just got to the whitehouse
check the forums
disable afterburner and riva tuner (most gaming pcs will be running programs like these and peripheral software for good reason but whatever)
start game (eardrums are exploded by intro screens)
CTD after a few seconds due to anticheat not liking the games own files (dxcompiler.dll)
delete that file and verify game cache
start game (eardrums are exploded by intro screens)
game crashes and locks up entire pc with no error message
at a bit of a loss try switching game to dx12
start game (eardrums are exploded by intro screens)
CTD after a few mins due to the anti cheat not liking the games own files (tobii_gameintergration_x64.dll)
in exasperation delete entire game and reinstall.
start game (eardrums are exploded by intro screens)
speak to women at theater, tells me to go save her daughter.
walk outside and release rappel rope
CTD for no reason with no error message.
I've left out duplicate crashes for the sake of keeping the post short and haven't managed to play long enough to manage to get
disconnected with a delta error like so many others, with a month to go till release and this is what we have I don't have much hope
that the game will launch in a playable state. the loading times are good at least you have that working.
Has anyone else had similar problems and managed to get it working?

Yeah I'm in the same boat as you. I got the DELTA04 Error and also another error that i forgot the name of. Also attempting to play the games probably 10 different times, within 5-10 minutes of playing the game I would crash to desktop without any specific error, and receive a send crash report to UBISOFT window. I have tried disabling both Ubisoft and NVIDIA GO Experience in-game Overlays, RivaTuner, MSI Afterburner, and also having nothing else in the background running, but it still crashes. I have also tried restarting the game for updates to hope that the game gets patched and the issue gets fixed, but still no luck, even though there was an update this morning.
Unfortunately... a very bad start for my Division 2 experience. Enjoyed Division 1 when I played it. Granted it is beta, but I hope it gets fixed soon. Usually the frequency of the crashes isn't something I have experienced in the past for games still in their open beta development. Usually this would occur in a closed beta or alpha stage, so I am a bit disappointed.
Fingers crossed*

#1. it's a private beta. it will be rough.
#2. turn off any overclocking you are doing to completely eliminate it as a cause. That fact that you know what AFterburner and Riva tuner are indicates that you monitor and tweak stuff, and may be pushing your hw to it's limit. With non production code you want to give peace a chance.
I agree. The into animation bits have crazy volume.
