I just played the Beta of The Division 2 until I saw the crafting system.
Like in part one you need a lot of luck to craft a good item.
For exampel my mask blueprint had 370 - 450 armor. That's a lot of difference!!
I just hope that an employee of ubisoft can explain why they made that nonsense again.
A blueprint should have a fixed armor / damage amount!
My understanding is that if two items have the same item level, and one has higher armor, the other will be beefed up in another stat to compensate. That's how it seemed to work in the first game. Is it different now?Originally Posted by NC-Rhakor Go to original post
I had this same concern, I crafted a holster...then realized it took half my money and tons of materials. I liked Div1 crafting a lot better because it was like 5 of these and 7 of those. This is like 50 of these and 20 of that, oh and get that goo off some dead guy's shoe in the plaza. Makes me think Rocket Raccoon came up with the crafting system.
