    frustrating crafting system.....Just why.....

I just played the Beta of The Division 2 until I saw the crafting system.

Like in part one you need a lot of luck to craft a good item.
For exampel my mask blueprint had 370 - 450 armor. That's a lot of difference!!

I just hope that an employee of ubisoft can explain why they made that nonsense again.
A blueprint should have a fixed armor / damage amount!

My understanding is that if two items have the same item level, and one has higher armor, the other will be beefed up in another stat to compensate. That's how it seemed to work in the first game. Is it different now?

Welcome to RNG. Get used to it.

I think it would be nice to know what items you have that can use a crafted item prior to actually making it and using resources. I found some descriptions that I thought would work on my AR only to make it and find it unusable.

I am fine with RNG as it soaks up all my crafting supplies in end game...

The worst is not knowing the item! I agree with Zeelatazi on that score.

But you will be able to recalibrate the item as well.
Come on, there is options here to help the RNG, its a looter shooter after all.
if there was not RNG you would be done in 14 days.

In my opinion a Coop-Shooter should have more content than crafting an item again and again...
@Strit: So you prefere to waste your time with a time-stealing crafting system over playing some real content?

And I still hope, that someone from Ubisoft will write a comment here.

Not enough material spaces and not enough of some materials. For most when I crafted one item I could not craft another with collecting materials again even though I was at max materials beforehand.

I had this same concern, I crafted a holster...then realized it took half my money and tons of materials. I liked Div1 crafting a lot better because it was like 5 of these and 7 of those. This is like 50 of these and 20 of that, oh and get that goo off some dead guy's shoe in the plaza. Makes me think Rocket Raccoon came up with the crafting system.

However, i would still accept to look for tons of materials to craft one item, if it had fixed values.
But at the moment, you need to collect a lot of material and get a piece of armor, without a good armor amount.......That's just frustrating.
