My PvP pack has disappeared today...is it a visual bug or not? | Forums

Today I finished PvP 5 gauges and tried to open the pack to tap the opening button.
Then "connection error to the server" has disprayed.
I tapped again and again but it hasn't fixed.
So I restarted the app but I wasn't able to get PvP pack... the PvP pack's countdown has already started as 3h58min even though I was not able to see the opening of PvP pack..
In that case, was my PvP pack lost?
Or that was only visual bug and my reward was automatically added to my account?

Hi there!

There is a fail-safe built into all our packs in case of an interruption. You are correct that your rewards were added to your inventory!
