Hi there young Agents !

(disclaimer long post you'll be warned).

to begin let's just lay some things !

- i'm not english speaker and only learn it by myself for 2 years so forgive my mistakes !

- i'm old, well very old compare to the average player : almost 50 ! Pac MAn and Asteroid on arcade were my first videogames (spend to much coins in them back in time, my parents went nuts ! ).

- i'll be talking about my feelings and please be mature to accept it cos everyone has his like/dislike and it's not because you like/dislike something that you're right or that everyone should share the same ! and especially concerning music, art and videogame, so be mature plz !

- after decades of not playing videogames (you know cos real life things and obligations) i get back to this wonderfull world few years ago and with the Division 1.

- i'm not ashamed to write that i'm not skilled and i'm a REAL PvE boy / fan ! on Division 1 played more then 800 hours and only spend less then 10 hours in DZ only for some challenges.

- and finally i hate Ubisoft-basher/hater, maybe cos i'm French who knows but anyway : you do not like something well just go away or give objectives critics.



ok now real talk The Division 2 :

+ really likes the parkour improvements, didn't know it could be even smoother than TD1.

+ sound design is really better (guns, environnements etc.).

+ gunfight is probably the best improvement : no more this bullet sponge feeling, you have to be more reactive in my opinion and it's great ! NOW just hope that in END GAME the feeling still be the same and don't be overpowered like it's now in TD1 when you are full optimised stuffed.

i enjoy the fact there is a little challenge fighting ennemies.

+ the world itself : friendly NPCs are cool and not that useless like in other games : they can really kill ennemies and even bosses and more immersive !

hope in the final version and again in the high level areas they still be effective as now ( but to be clear i don't want them to be overpowered too ! ).

+ being PvE boy (well grandpa to be more real) i found that having some NPCs following you during some mission and coop with you nice and again wish there will be more missions with fighting NPCs supporting you.

+ still about the PvE part : i like that there is more things to loot and find in the world thanks to quicker looting action (omg finally less time pressing "F" for me) and the game/level-design improved : now being able to explore more complex buildings is fun for me and finding hidden weapons box around a corner behind an elevator door you have to break is awesome !

that's it for my impressions/ feelings for now.



but to be honest game need really quickly optimisation cos i had the luck to be part of the Alpha and i manage to play properly.

i don't own a master PC but even its old age (like me) it is able to play TD1 on high settings running 60-80 fps no issues and it ALMOST was the same during alpha of Tthe Division 2 when i played it (had to put some option on medium and not high anymore but still got 60 fps at least).

But in this BETA i don't know why the game keep crashing and even hard crash that needed manually turning my computer off cos black screen after crash and no way to get back on windows desktop ...

So i was only able to play 1 hour today and spend 4 hours trying to launch the game ... but hey still beta i understand.

Just REALLY hope people with computer having the minimum spec to run the game would be able to play it at release even on low/medium and i personnaly don't care playing 8k and 200 fps, just want smooth game since i can't afford new computer for the moment (or someone nice just offer me one ! ).

if not well i'd be sad and instead saving Washingtown i'll be force to stuck saving the universe in Warframe and Anthem .... but i'd rather/prefer hundreds times more being an AGENT !

So since this beta is too buggued for me (i said for me ) well enjoy it for me follow Agents and kill some evils dudes for me shouting " for the Captain" when doing it !
