I am unable to complete the MLK Library side mission. Tried multiple times and keep getting the same error, Delta-04

i had the same issue... restarted game fully and didn't Delta anymore & successfully completed the mission... However, couldn't collect the Collectible at end

Hey guys, if you are getting a DELTA error, this is usually caused by an unstable connection. You may want to try these steps.
