Related, is there a way to block or turn off incoming "agent needs assistance" alerts like this?

Open map and hold the button it tells you to hold to turn of alerts

on pc you press m and go to the matchmaking screen and there you press g or f (what you need to press to answer the call is stated on the bottom can't remember right now) boom you join the last guy that called for help

So... yeah... uh... nothing on Xbox users? It appears that the game is geared heavily towards PC players, because they play on PC. I get it. It is a beta. The request for assistance keep coming and it is annoying, isn't it?

Same problem on ps4. If i go to the social page i can see who requested help but no way of accepting. Anyone know?

I'm on PS4 and I found that you open your map and scroll the top menu bar to "matchmaking" with the R1 button. From that menu select the bottom right option "Answer the Call" to join.

I'm not familiar with the Xbox buttons but I assume it's the same process.

Also, from that same menu bar on your map, there is an option second from the right to "Disable On Call" by holding the square button down. I think you may have to disable it every time you log on

Edit: Quicker method - When a backup request comes in, you can hold down the touchpad for a few seconds and the map will pop up showing the names and locations of those agents. From there you can "Answer the Call" or "Disable on Call."
