About half way through Jefferson Trade Center the game became unplayable due to extreme latency, extremely slow frame rate.

The game became unplayable not only for me, but for my 2 other friends that I was playing with. At one point it took 13 seconds to call the map up. I had been on an extended session before this started happening at around 4.30/5pm GMT, with no issues at all. I even experienced it while in a safe house.
