Much like when I did all the PTS stuff in the past I will use this post as my official bug report and submit anything video or photo's related issues that come up.
I already have about 3 hours of actual in-game time played just exploring the world at this point and have come across A LOT of issues.
1.) Account Lock Out and Echo error - I made a post about this in general this seems to have been fixed but holy cow others are having the same problem not sure what the hell is going on there.
2) Delta is back like a nightmare. This is something with this release of the game and the anticipated release that should not happen. Server support should much better and remember if this is HAPPENING now, with a VERY small sample size of players, this is going to be a MAJOR issue. Don't be like Anthem, get some servers spun up in AWS or some where and rent them even if it is temporary. This can't happen in this day in age.
3.) Legacy bugs like getting suck on debris, bags, vehicles and getting DOUBLE blown out of cover like the LMB grenades is back. These are things that should not happen. Every time an enemy THROWS a grenade at me, i get knocked from cover, then the explosion happens, taking DOUBLE damage from the initial getting hit from cover "explosion" that never happens that results in a stagger effect and then the actual EXPLOSION literally tearing my armor to shreds and basically almost downing you. I found this to be more often the case at one of the hold points at the Navy Mall or whatever near the direction of the dark zone.
4.) Underground tunnels allowing you go to down but then BOOM hit with boundry markers. Don't give players options to explore underground if you can't progress through them. Bad look.
5.) Enemies outside of BETA BOUNDRY engaging you with you not being able to engage them. Yeah kind of a problem.
6.) Legacy issue of INVISIBLE BARRIERS is still here. Shooting at an enemy in clear sight have direct line of sight on them and cross hairs are red when shooting at enemies the do not register hits. So hit markers or barriers are all messed up STILL. This is a LONG standing issue with Division 1 and one of my biggest gripes. ESPECIALLY in Survival when fighting lang mark bosses and the hunters. This is not all over the place in DC in D2 and this needs to be fixed.
7.) Inaccessible areas in areas that are in Beta Boundry. There is an underground parking garage place near one of the first missions for the settlement that has an upstairs that takes you to a platform with actual items boxes on them that are glowing, but when you get the box from the step and then turn to go up the next flight of stairs to the next landing it will not let you move up the steps. YES there is NOTHING in the way or anything to climb over it is just a set of steps and there is an invisible wall there and you can clearly see a BACK and some other stuff glowing on the landing right in front of you and there is NO other way to traverse this.
8.) Seekers don't seek, marking targets doesn't work and a few other sticking points with skills. Seekers should be THROWABLE like they were in D1 and not laid down then have to hit the skill again to launch it to an area. I maybe doing something wrong in regards to these but there is NO real tutorial on how these things work properly and skills are kind of a thing that just need to work.
9.) Items not highlighting properly from day to night. One item i could clearly see at night time but the same item during the day did not glow but could be picked up. Not sure if this is a UI issue or what but may need to look into this.
I will try and upload footage of some of these things as soon as I can get back on. There is a MASSIVE queue right now and CANNOT get back on.
10.) You have got to do something about the ISAC - "AGENT REQUESTING BACKUP" thing. You need to be able to turn that off. Every cut scene, every time someone is talking all you hear is ISAC. This has to be fixed. I have checked all the major settings in the game and there is NO way to turn this function off without COMPLETELY turning off sound. This is not a BUG more of a feature that HAS to be put in. I am ready to shoot my tv.
Updated Bugs:
11) Massive graphical tearing on some maps, doors glowing that you can't interact with or anything just there and looks like it is covered in what I call "CLICK TO ACTIVATE PAINT" but no option to interact with the opject. There is also MASSIVE frame rate drops in a lot of places not sure if this is true for EVERYONE but I was getting REALLY bad FR on portions of the map.
12) The Dark Zone END tutorial "Defend the Check Point" HUGE ISSUES here. Sound bugged out making my guns sound like silenced cap guns. Enemies were like screaming and yelling and literally stuck on the outside of the barrier wall even though they could come through they couldn't. Gun Audio in this section was all messed up from the enemy side nothing synced up and it was just a hot mess. HUGE LAG spikes here, seriously frames dropped to like 10 or LESS here and it was really annoying. This area or mission may need to be re thought this i can see being a HUGE issue once you start having load on the game.
13) AI is teleporting all over the place like hovering up to spots or "YO YOing" from high places back up. AI and even TEAMMATES doing the dreaded stupid "T" pose or what i call the Gymnastics Jesus. This was ALL over the place not just in specific parts of the map. Not to mention Teammates and Enemies doing the "Eletric Slide" across the ground, no leg animations no nothing just the old school the floor is covered in oil lets slide routine which plagued Division 1. Come on with this by now. I felt at times I was playing Fallout 76. Got to clean this up.
14) DSYNC is still a HUGE issue. I don't need to get into this, you already know.
15) I mentioned prior about a landing not accessible, well this "invisible wall" stuff is HAPPENING all over the place, ESPECIALLY in doors that are required to progress in missions or side quests. Doors open and you try to go through and you get stuck and have to go either ALL the way to the left or right and kind of slide in the little space near the door frame. Come on now. This shouldn't even be a thing. Not sure what is going on with the door animation or the marker for the door but holy smokes this is annoying. This happens ALL the time this is not isolated to one building or place either.
16) Points of Interest or whatever they are called. There are places on the MAP that have an icon but when you go there, or stand there nothing is there. Until you hold down SQUARE and then it makes a sound you get XP and then the icon goes away. There is no on screen queue to hit anything or even POST execution notification like when you do an ECHO or pick up a phone or whatever. This happened in a few place, one was a park, near the gas depot, one was in another part of the city in between a set of buildings on the lower half of the map, there are a bunch of them, but NOTHING to indicate what they are, how to execute them or what the reward is. I am not sure if this is a UI issue or this is not supposed to be there or what. But that is how i was able to clear the marker from the map.
18) Gattling Gun problems - when a teammate uses the mounted guns and moves from left to right it looks like they are having a seizure and freaking out. I have no idea what is going on with this animation but it looks fine on their screen but when you look at them while they are on the mounted gun they are freaking out like flying around while attached to the gun. Their character model is spazzing all over the place like a rag dog. My 10 years in the Corps. I have never seen anyone operate a mounted gun like that ever.....can we please fix this animation. I know this one is probably petty but it looks funny but it really is not.
19) Bounty Hunter - Major issue here I completed the "project" to get Manmeat or whatever the hell is name is and was going to go attempt the target mission. I got Delta (Note: i got in like 4 hours of time to play last night almost 2 hours was delta disconnects and relogging in, this is still a thing and a major one. These servers need to be fixed.) and when i logged back in after waiting for a 400 person queue to empty I was no longer able to do that mission any longer. Not sure if this is intended or not, but man that really grinded my gears. In the mission, get a Delta and now the dude is gone. Not a good look. There needs to either be some clarity on these bounty hunter missions or there needs to be a way to replay them if you get a disconnect. Nothing about these is specified in the details pertaining to the project for the Manhunt. I am assuming these players are like Free Roam open world bosses or something or more like hte old HVT's there needs to be a lot of clarification on these. Not being able to complete it or play it kind of sucks because I have no idea what the mission or hunt is about unless I completely restart a new build.

20) Every time I load into the game it wants to me to go to an OUT OF BOUNDS mission called Medical Supplies or something DUE SOUTH of the White House and RIGHT near where you spawn into the Beta for the first time by where all the buses are. Why is this continually happening? We can't go there and why is trying to GPS me there every single time I fire up the game?
21) M16/Burst Weapons are a hot mess. Audio and some animations are broken on this.
22) Enemies instantly spawning in front of you or not rendering. This is a new one this didn't happen yesterday but it is now. I am not sure if it is because of server caching issues or what but enemies are not there one second and then BOOM just pop up and you start taking massive damage because most of the time you are in the open just going through and area. I started noticing that the more and more I played the less and less the AI started noticing me, I could literally get right up next to them and they would not react for several seconds and then they would act. So this seems to be some kind of natural progression or server degradation. Maybe worth looking into. Very Fallout 76 feel to it where enemies just kind of are invisible then BOOM there they are.
23) Speaking of Invisible, enemies not appearing in MISSIONS but their health bar is and then magically the character model appears. So you can see a floating health bar of an enemy if you have the UI set up that way, but if you don't which I normally don't want anything on my HUD at all this could be a serious problem. You would never see those enemies until potentially it is too late. This may also go hand and hand with report 22 above but I figured I would mention it here. This seemed to happen on the first mission for the Theater Community one subsequent replay of that mission pretty regularly on enemies on the roof. So keep an eye out for that one.
24) Stopping the public execution mission seems to be really wonky, where the people just kind of get in the way and get gunned down or blown up if you use a grenade to clear the monument of the enemy. I am not sure if anyone else is having this issue but It took me like 5 tries to complete this but the AI just kind of stood there and were eating bullets like they iron deficient. I mean they didn't move to cover or anything just stood there. Not "T" posing but just just got in the way of everything going on. Not sure if the AI here is not working or what I was able to get around it by using the Turret and throwing it like opposite of where the AI just stood to draw the fire away from their direction as they just stood there and I was able to clear out the remaining enemies but this shouldn't happen and much like during the PTS with calssified gear I was able to kill civs with the shield. Apparently you can kill allies with your grenades and weapons here? Not sure if that is a bug or not but you can't kill patroling allies or harm them yet these ones you can?
25) Damage Scaling - This needs to be addressed. I have found that solo or in pairs the enemy damage TTK is fairly reasonable and it is ok. But as soon as you get to 3 or 4 people FORGET IT especially on hard difficulties the game is nearly unplayable and this is at level 7. HOLY CRAP what is this going to be like at level 30? Rushers are taking over 200 rounds so like 2 or 3 magazines to drop and they are supposed to be the easier ones to take out. They do UNGODLY amounts of damage and can wipe out an entire squad WAY before you even get a chance to engage the FIRST wave of a set room. This has got to be addresses. This is like 1.3 on Division 1 all over again. PLEASE for the love of god DO NOT scale enemies HEALTH and ARMOR with group size. You want to ADD more enemies or what not by a multiplier fine, but making it so that enemies become massive BULLET sponges yeah, "Yeah that is going to be a HARD NO from me brah." Seriously for the LOVE of GOD fix this before this becomes a serious issue AGAIN like in D1.
26) End Game Builds - Sniper Rifle is SEVERELY underpowered. I own a MacMillan Tac 50, 50 cal. It has an effective range of over 2 miles and travels at 800 M/S, you are talking about a 700 grain round at that speed. It is like shooting a subway train through a hyper loop loaded with cement and steel. It will go through 6 inches of hardened STEEL, shred Rebar and Concrete like it was tissue paper not to emntion uranium tip ammunition will microwave an entire armor crew when it shreds through armor plates on a tank. There is a REASON this is called an ANTI MATERIAL WEAPON not an anti personnel weapon. It is designed to GO through things and mess things up Yet this gun can't go through a window, or a sign, or a couch or a wet paper bag!? That weapon needs some physics buffs as well as some DAMAGE BUFFS. You can't even 2 shot a GOLD with it. It is completely useless and not "worthy" of a "specialized" firearm. The Cross Bow and the Milkor MGL M32 seem to be ok but holy crap that sniper is garbage. If any of you at ubisoft want to fly out to my location I will let you fire it off as many times as your heart contents to feel the power of Tac 50 and judge for yourself. You basically put a .22 long rifle into a 50 caliber skin and said here you, go shred some soda cans have fun. For the love of pete, if you are going to scale enemies to the level of bullet sponges at least let the GUNS you are modeling them after speak for themselves and function like they normally would. If you catch a Tac 50 within 100 meters you are turning into a fine pink mist. No open casket not ern....just vaporized. Come on now. I can appreciate a good joke but that sniper rifle is beyond a joke in this game. Fix it!
27) Magic Merge of Human and Object: Falling, Jumping or Climb on to or off of, things from heights in the light zone or the dark zone like a table, box, gas tanks, debris, etc sometimes you fall into them and get trapped and you cannot get out. This kind of thing happened ALL the time in Survival. You can MOVE your character model but you are stuck like you are a mime in a box and cannot get out. Even getting downed then REZ'd does not help that use to work in somce cases in D1 allowing you to CRAWL out or back out of the "invisible" box but that does not appear to happen here. Extraction in DZ had a gas tank that this happens to if you climb up on to as well as a the Gas Depot in the Light Zone a few tables inside of missions inside a few buildings.
