Received Delta Error after completing White House mission cutscene. When relogging, mission was restarted, but the base of operations South Gate blocks the approach to the White House which prevents continuing the game entirely.

Reproducibility: Unknown (the bug is persistent)

Steps:
1. Play Intro White House Mission
2. Complete mission and view cutscene
3. Force Delta error
4. Relog into game
5. Observe mission restarts, displays Base of Operations Tip Overlays
6. Progress mission until secure south lawn
7. Observe wall blocking progression to South Lawn

Note: Killing all enemies does not clear the bug. Fast traveling to the White House is not available due to the active mission.

Same here.
After loging in the 2nd time I faced the closed gates. I managed to kill all enemies by shooting them through the gates but I still couldn't get in. When I was 'leaving the mission area' the game repisitioned my inside the gates. Unfortunately the barb wire was still there (by the fire) so I still couldn't get in the White House.
When walking up to the barb wire (between the fire) the game did say: Safe zone entered.
But I still couldn't pass.
I had to delete and create a new agent and replay the mission. I did not get disconnected this time.

Exactly the same, a disconnect in the White House and now the south lawn is completely walled off :/
