Not quite sure what is going on but DX12 is providing much reduced performance VS DX11
With DX11 enabled I get 80-90 FPS with Drops to 60 in combat (ocasional drops to 20 or so but I think that's a different issue).
100% CPU usage and 50-70% GFX usage (Task Manager Performance)
With DX12 I get 60-70 FPS with drops to 45-55
100% CPU usage and 20-30% GFX usage
I was expecting DX12 to provide enhanced performance over DX11 ....
All settings were left default except, Vsync, framelimit and DX12

Geforce GTX 1070
I5 7600k
32 GB DDR4
Samsung Evo 970 (Where game is installed)
Latest drivers and bios etc etc
