    Nice there are no "type of weapon" exclusive perks

    In TD1, there were perks innate to each weapon type, wich rendered some weapons useless and made others a must have (the damage to protection of assault rifles, extra crit from smgs, damage "when out of cover" from LMGs...)

    TD2 is much better without those perks, so now every weapon can be as useful as others, depending just on its statistics and not flawed (nor buffed) by a perk common to its type. Please keep it like this.

    You should look again because their are innate perks on weapon types: SMGs: +% crit chance Assault Rifles: +% Health Damage Rifles: +% Crit Damage DMR: +% Headshot Damage
    LMGs: +% Damage out of cover Shotgun (I've seen a few) but I think its +% melee damage
