I get this error when trying to redeem the beta key for the physical copy on PS4. The error code is WC-40376-0 which, according to Sony, means "This product or content is not available for your account's country/region"

I'm in the UK, which is the country set in my Ubi account. Why have I been sent a key that is not valid for the country I'm registered in?

I went to my Library, scrolled down to 'Purchased' and in the right pane is my The Division 2 Ultimate Edition counting down til release. I clicked that as if to load it and it came to a page that gave me the option to download the beta - I did not have to input my key. I hope this works for you.

Same error code on PS4 for me as well. My email came in korean. I'm in the USA. I was stationed in Korea for a year once so that may be the problem for me. I tried to edit my account information but it won't let me save it to a different country.
