Yeah got the same problem as well. No voice at all, nowhere.
Also switched from german to english, no use either

Same problem here.
German IP, german intro video (although I want an english one). After that, there is no more dialogue in game. Cutscenes, Collectibles, Missions, nothing. Screenshot shows that the language selection is greyed out. Seems that no dialogue files were installed.

Just tried that. Uplay tells me, that all files were successfully verified and doesn't download anything either.
