I don't hear any voice overs in-game and the subtitles are skipped | Forums

So my audio has been really weird from the very beginning.

Intro trailer plays in german with english subtitles, once I am in the game everything is in english, but the dialogue audio is completely busted. ISAC sounds like a broken robot, can't hear anything at all, subtitles flash for mere seconds and no dialogue audio is playing AT ALL. No grunts yelling, no cut scene conversations, no random civilians shouting- Nothing. Everything else with SFX and the like works fine, it's literally just dialogue.

Restarted multiple times, verified game files twice- Nothing helps. Don't wanna have to re-download 'cause it literally takes me a whole day. Any tips?

(While we're on it, I've had this problem with Division 1 aswell: Once The Division is running, it's killing all of my other audio sources that weren't already playing. The hell?)

finally got it to work ... N++ was messing around not saving the changes.

BD is now set to 0 and spokenLanguage is set to 0 using another editor

it's in english but i don't care atm, at least they're talking now

looks like all strings to german localization are broken exept intro video

so for now it works only english audio? or anyone managed to hear something also in other languages? i mean i have menu and subtitles in italian, but no voice over in my language, ii have voices but are all in english.
