I only see a black screen when I launch the game | Forums

I turned off my MSI Afterburner and then tried to run a game. Game starts and working correctly.

Unfortunately the same did not work for me. I turned off MSI and everything else running on the background (NVidia Experience, Discord, Steam, Kaspersky, Corsair Link), still when I press play all I get is that pop-up from the Division 2 "Private Beta" e then nothing else happens, game doesn't even start.

Only the mouse appears.

deete from Documents\My Games\Tom Clancy's The Division 2 graphic settings.cfg and state.cfg

i have nothing running in background except uplay. Blackscreen then windows to smaller screen then nothing. suggestions?

I have the same issue, tried everything even redownloading the game nothing works

i managed to fix it by disabling all overlays.

what overlays ? the uplay one?

Thanks for the continued reports everyone. Please double check you have all overlays such as Discord, Steam and Uplay disabled and any background applications are disabled.
