Redeeming Codes and Keys for the Private Beta | Forums

I got my 12 digits code from Ubisoft site. When. Trying to add on my PS4 redeem codes. It says the code you enter may not be correct or may no longer be valid.
Edit: I tried to redeem via the PSN website. This time they say the prepaid card is not available in this region.

I'm in the PS4 beta. I sent my friend an invite to the beta, he went to the https://tomclancy-thedivision.ubisoft.com/ beta website to acknowledge and receive the key. Now that he has the key and tries to redeem it on PSN it says it can't be redeemed in that region. We're both from Denmark (Europe) and live in the same area with same region PSN accounts so I don't understand what the problem is?

I pre-ordered the ultimate edition on Ps4, and the website says i dont have the beta and have to register for a key, so i am unable to invite anyone.

Why are you sending xbox code when I've bought the PS4 one on the club store ?
Only my PS4 is linked to my account, not trace of xbox anywhere.
I'm in Belgium, speek french and I received email in dutch... Did some guys have skills to develop something good at Ubisoft ?
I've opened a support ticket yesterday, sure I'll received a response by monday morning when I'll be at work again...

Where is your complain form so I can fullfill it ?
