Redeeming Codes and Keys for the Private Beta | Forums

Hello all,

I'd like to help if anyone is having troubles gaining access to the Tom Clancy's The Division 2 Private Beta!

If you need your Private Beta Key, the first and best place to check is on our Private Beta website.

If you do not have a Key on that website, please make sure that you have redeemed your Private Beta code on our redeem website.

In most cases players who redeem that code will be sent an email from us with their Private Beta Key. This can only happen if you are opted in to receive emails from us. If you do not receive such an email, you can visit the Private Beta website to find the Key.

If you cannot find the key on that website, please make sure you are logged into the correct Ubisoft Account.

Sign up for the division 2 beta but haven't received a code I believe the issue is I'm not receiving any emails from Ubisoft at all. The last email I've received was from Ubisoft was in 11/6/17 when I check my email. I still using the same email and have not changed my email. I've signed up for past betas as well luckily my friends gave me those codes. What do I need to do?

I have just preordered the game and haven’t received the code. I went to get the code by redeeming through the site but it wants my to verify my email. I do that and it still hasent sent me anything prompting me to do it all over again.. ive been trying to get it for 3 hours

I received a beta code for signing up but when I enter my code on my ps4 it doesn't work

Signed up for the division 2 private Beta and got my code was able to redeem it also in the email it allowed me to invite 3 friends that also have uplay accounts None of the 3 people I invited to the Beta are receiving invites
