The last Shield was supposed to be active today and should have been by now. I'd like to know why it's not active and when it will be as well.

Not when I logged in 30 minutes ago there wasn't, and hasn't been for the last couple of days.

There was a timer in mine. I went with what I thought he was asking; then added some info which I later made into its own thread in suggestions. People constantly ask things that can be found elsewhere... Such is the internet.
