No beta code for Playstation Store despite being in the beta? | Forums

I have pre-ordered the Division 2 on PS4 through BestBuy.

I used the beta code they sent me and the Ubisoft site states I am in the private Beta. I have an email that confirms I am in the beta.

I did not get an email with a code to enter in the PlayStation store.

I have not received an email detailing how I access the beta, I do not have access to the beta forums, under my account management it doesn't show me having any current beta access, and if I try to download the client from the PlayStation store, it states I do not have access to do so.

I have confirmed my PSNID is linked in my Ubisoft account.

The e-mails are still being sent out, if you did not get a key in your e-mail just be patient.

Once you get your access key, input it in the redeem code section of the PS store

Even if I have not received the PS4 key, should I not see that I have Beta access under my account management on Ubisoft?

I got a code for the Xbox version when I pre ordered it for PS4 and put the code on your website for the PS4 wnd I tried the same code again today and it said that iv already claimed this content
