PREORDER KEY confirmed in Redeem Page for private beta, but no PSN CODE?? :( | Forums

i am little Confused. i got my key for retail Preorder and gave it into the Homepage thedivisiongame.com/redeem. they confirmed me with an E-mail from The division 2 CONGRATS and what i unlocked (private beta and some stuff of capitol defender pack) but i still dont have any PSN Code for my console?! how can i preload now my Private beta?? i preordered yesterday, Feb. 5th, 7 pm (German Time) and still dont get any PS Store code for Preloading. Do i have to wait till they inform me for the further instructions or is this not regular that i dont received my PSN key for private beta?

I would assume that when the pre-load goes live for your region ubisoft will email access instructions to the email that's linked to your ubisoft account. So wait until the pre load time for your region then check your Ubisoft account and the PSN code should then be there.

Just search for The Division beta in the PlayStation store, it should pop up there. You likely won't need a code.

I was given a beta key, redeemed it, got an email confirming it but when I go to Private Beta, it says "You are not able to purchase this product for the following reason:. You do not own: - Tom Clancy's The Division 2 Standard Edition Pre-Order."

One strange thing it says 50.5 Gig but the download size is 45.056 gig

I'm in the UK so you should get yours soon hopefully.
