    Hi there!

    What if all those are done (first half should be #1 priority before even poisting) and this issue still persist?

    I've just got back into Siege after several months break, and I've lost my VoIP during that time. Went and did clean install for the game as well, but even that didn't help. ALG SIP is disabled and it's working. There was nothing on ISP's end either. Defaults are set as instructed in troubleshoot faq. Can hear people in other games. Changing voice record settings did nothing to remedy that situation. I even took a peek in .ini file to see if there's something, but nope, everything's set.

    [AUDIO]
    ;Dynamic Range mode: (0) Hi-Fi, (1) TV, (2) Night Mode
    ;VoiceChatCaptureMode => 0 Auto / 1 Manual / 2 Push to talk
    Subtitle=1
    Volume=0.800000
    VolumeMusic=0.000000
    VolumeSoundEffects=1.000000
    VolumeVoice=0.600000
    DynamicRangeMode=2
    VoiceChatPlaybackLevel=80
    VoiceChatCaptureThresholdV2=20
    VoiceChatCaptureMode=0
    VoiceChatCaptureLevel=100
    Mute=0
    VoiceChatMuteAll=0
    VoiceChatTeamOnly=1
    VoiceChatVolume=5
    What else... One thing I haven't tried is to remove my G430 from device manager, but that's something I'm not considering because I can hear and talk in other games/calls/etc. One question though. When did Uplay itself drop the voice feature totally? Was it before October '18 or after? I reinstalled Uplay on Oct 19th.

    Is there any type of logical explanations for voice not working, or how to fix it?

    Hey JustPony!

    Just as a quick point first, some users reported the issue being resolved by changing the value of VoiceChatCaptureMode to '1'. Perhaps give that a go first.

    If you've completed the relevant troubleshooting in the FAQ and it's still not working, we can get our technical team to investigate this further. For this you should create a support ticket and attach screenshots / pictures showing your port forwarding directly from your router. These are: TCP: 80, 443 & UDP: 3478-3479, 6250, 12000-64000

    Could you also confirm if your mic icon appears but just no one can hear you, or if it doesn't show at all?

    My mic works. It's recognized in-game and I can see my name pop up in right. I can also see team mates names pop up, but I just can't hear them. Apart from that, if I use any other option than push-to-talk, my VoiceChatCaptureLevel is set to 0 (due to voice chat being fully "disabled" or "VoiceChatCaptureThresholdV2=20" I assume).

    I'm pretty sure my I did forward those ports in my router before I posted about this first time. Except for that 12000-64000, because my ISP-provided Zyxel didn't even let me open that range.

    And to top it off: It's not even necessary to forward ports unless connections gets blocked. And if Siege is even close to Overwatch (from server-client-connection standpoint), I don't even need to open those 52k ports. Even Overwatch uses only 10k range of those. 26503-36503.

    But I'll see what comes out of this.
