Rebel Vehicle dropoff vehicles count. So if you have the Armored SUV, or Armored Buggy, just keep calling them and blowing them up. I've been destroying 10 at a time.

Yes I'm sure most new that, but there might be some who didn't.

I'm not sure if it's a fail of localisation or something but on the third solo challange when it says to complete Kulta Prisoner using only explosives mission fails when I blow people on C4 or Explosive drone.

Lol, no it says CQC (close quarters combat) on the "Culta's Prisoner" mission. Meaning no guns, no explosives, only use your hands. You can use AI sync shot, though. The rule of not using weapons applies only to you.
