Forgive me for wanting this game to be something unique and special. We all see the potential, we all seen that e3 trailer from years ago, we all know it falls short of its full potential but...... thanks for the good advice friend what you said makes a lot of sense so I think I'm going to sit this one out.
He surely won't be the only one.Originally Posted by mattrickl06 Go to original post
We all want perfection.
That’s when imagination meets reality.
We want what the Devs, for whatever reason, cannot reasonably provide for reasons obviously unknown to us.
That said, looking at TD1 and seeing all the improvements made to the game as a result of Community input, well, hell, there’s a gargantuan improvement. If I’m honest I was not expecting just how much of an improvement at launch we’ve gotten and there’s still years of DLC coming.......
As far as I’m concerned the Devs have exceeded expectations. To expect anything more is exceeding the boundaries of reasonabless by a country mile.
Thats'what I thought aafter playing private beta. More of the smae. They made some tweaks here and there. For example I think enemy sponginess is now not so spongy as I felt it. But generally it's the same stuff. You get into a room with enemies, you clear it, you move to next room, you clear it, you flip the switch, you defend, etc. etc. For a slow paced cover shooter I feel like it lacks tactical components. No vehicles, no mission variety, same stuff as in the first game.
Because not everybody enjoys the tedious mechanics of survival games. There are countless survival games already out there. The Division is a cover-based shooter RPG, and as far as I know... one of a kind.Originally Posted by DauntlessClock9 Go to original post
